1. Tennis: Tennis is a great way to improve hand-eye coordination, balance and agility. It also a fun way to get some exercise and improve your cardiovascular health.
 

2. Basketball: Basketball is a great sport for improving your coordination, endurance, and overall fitness. It's also a great way to build teamwork and social skills.
 

3. Golf: Golf is a low-impact sport that can help improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. It's also a great to get some fresh air and enjoy the outdoors.
 

4. Swimming: Swimming is a great way to improve your cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance. It's also a low-impact sport that's easy on your joints.
 

5.Hockey: Hockey is a fast-paced sport that can help improve your cardiovascular health, coordination, and agility. It's also a great way to build teamwork and social skills.
